Area Schools Push Through Without Air Conditioning

The principal at one Arlington Heights School, Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic School, told the Daily Herald that one of its three buildings does not have air conditioning. 

Principal David Wood told the newspaper the schools is rotating students through the buildings this week as temperatures soar into the 90s with heat index values expected to reach triple digits. 

Other local schools are dealing with no air conditioning, including Prospect Heights Elementary School District 23 where two of its schools will not have air conditioning installed until next year, according to the article.
