ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. James S. Bulka, 67, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 8:15 p.m. May 27. A court date of June 18 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Delgermaa Dulamsuren, 42, of the 180 block of Hemingway Court, Vernon Hills, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 9:17 p.m. May 26, at Hintz Road and Highland Avenue. She was released and assigned a court date of June 11.

BATTERY

Shakira K. Gray, 37, homeless, is accused of battery, theft, and was arrested at 9:51 p.m. May 24, at E. Northwest Highway and E. Kensington Road. She was released and assigned a court date of June 11.

VIOLATION OF STALKING ORDER

James L. Lutz, 72, of the 100 block of N. Pine Avenue, is accused of violating of a stalking/no contact order (fear of harm), and was arrested at 12:26 p.m. May 25, in the 100 block of N. Pine Avenue. A court date of May 26 was assigned.

BURGLARY

Daniel Walek, 48, of the 1400 block of Valley Lake Drive, Schaumburg, is accused of burglary, theft, and was arrested at 12:34 p.m. May 28, in the 1400 block of Valley Lake Drive, Schaumburg. He was released and assigned a court date of June 2.
