Arlington Heights and Chamber of Commerce Consider Partnership
Trustee Thomas Hayes proposed funding a portion of the salary of a chamber employee who would support and compliment village efforts to recruit and retain small business in Arlington Heights, the 'Daily Herald' reports.

A proposal made during an Arlington Heights budget meeting last week by Trustee Thomas Hayes could create a unique partnership between the village and the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, the Daily Herald reports.
Though details have not yet been worked out and no formal vote taken, according to the Daily Herald, the arrangement could include the village paying a portion of a chamber employee's salary, who would assist in business recruitment and retention efforts.
