Prominent Chicago and northwest suburban divorce and family law attorney Janet Boyle of Arlington Heights, along with her law partners Joy Feinberg and Candace Meyers, are proud to announce the addition of a fourth partner at a newly established family law firm, with locations in Arlington Heights and the Chicago Loop. Respected attorney Molshree “Molly” Sharma has joined the three women as a partner at the new firm, Boyle Feinberg Sharma. She was most recently a partner at Chicago law firm Mandel, Lipton, Roseborough and Sharma, LTD.
The daughter of a high-ranking diplomat, Sharma traveled the world as a young woman and developed a passion for international family law through her legal studies. She has been practicing law since 2004, is a published author, and has presented to groups across the globe on international custody matters; she will be speaking on this topic at a conference in Dubai, UAE, in February of 2018. Sharma has consecutively been named an Illinois Super Lawyer and an Emerging Lawyer, in addition to being recognized as a Rising Star Attorney by Chicago Magazine.

Boyle and Feinberg began practicing law in the late 1970s when the profession was almost entirely male-dominated. Each of the women separately built esteemed careers and reputations as fierce, but compassionate advocates for clients of wealth. In 2013, they strategically combined strengths and became partners, forming the family law firm, Boyle Feinberg P.C. Professional accolades both women have received include consecutively being named Super Lawyers and Leading Lawyers, as well as to the 10 Best List of Family Law Attorneys.
Feinberg, who resides in Chicago, is a respected writer and speaker on family law issues, and has been listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America. Her leadership roles include serving as president of the USA Chapter of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and as president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation, an organization that supports the needs of adults and children experiencing divorce or separation.
Meyers, a Deerfield resident, has been an attorney since 2004, and was named both a Super Lawyer and Leading Lawyer. She is a published author and speaker on divorce and family law, and became a partner at Boyle Feinberg P.C. in 2014.
As a firm, Boyle Feinberg Sharma takes great pride in its in-depth knowledge and proven track record handling the complex financial implications surrounding high-net-worth divorces, which include business valuations; tax effective resolutions; executive compensation and performance awards; restricted stock grants and other intricate financial matters. Clients of the firm include high-level executives, business owners, politicians and professional athletes, and other clients of wealth.
In response to the addition of Sharma as a partner, Feinberg said, “She [Molly] who at a younger age, embodies the best of every aspect of the practice of law, is what we want in a partner, and as part of our team vision. Together, we are honored to share our wisdom and collective strength to find the truth in each case, and provide insightful and creative solutions for our clients.”
Sharma and Meyers are looked to as the next generation of leadership for Boyle Feinberg Sharma.
“The depth, breadth and years of experience our partners bring to our growing firm creates a collaborative, dynamic and empowering environment where all of us will continue to thrive and flourish,” Meyers said.
