Evol Cakes at 3 W. Davis Street, is a shop that can certainly satisfy your sweet tooth. 

Owner Matina Kontogianis opened Evol (backwards for Love) Cakes in June of 2012, and since then has supplied cakes, cupcakes, cookies and the ever popular 'cake pops' for holidays, birthdays, graduations and other special events for her growing customer base. 

"I can custom decorate everything we sell based on the occasion or holiday, including Easter," Kontogianis said.

In addition to cakes, a big seller since the business opened, are cake pops, which are cake mixed with frosting and dipped in chocolate, and a big customer favorite.
