Arlington Heights Company Moves to Chicago
Dynamite Data, an Arlington Heights technology company, moves to downtown Chicago, the Chicago Sun Times reports.

Dynamite Data has moved its network operations from Arlington Heights to downtown Chicago to expand its business. According to the Chicago Sun Times, the technology company is set to realize a 50-percent savings in the cost of bandwidth at the new location in the city.
Because of the enormous competition among data users, bandwidth is cheaper in downtown Chicago. At 140 S. Dearborn, Chicago, the newspaper reports, Dynamic Data has increased its power consumption by 50 percent, allowing the company to put more computers with more processors in the same space.
Dynamite Data tracks pricing data to provide price changes in real time on a variety of products. According to the Sun Times, the technology company employs 10 engineers and sells to merchants worldwide with a combined $100 billion in yearly revenues.
