Arlington Heights village board is considering to hike 1.84 percent increase in the property tax. This change pushes $19 tax hike for each homeowner. This increase will bring additional revenue of $803,262 to the village board compared to last year.
Even though the officials were not happy in moving this hike forward, but Kuehne issued a warning to the elected leaders it seems saying,
Our expenditure is going high, and our income is pretty flat.
