Retail Theft Bust Made At Guitar Center: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS
OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH NO LICENSE

Gigi Peaches Bimbo-Frank, 24, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no license, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 12:03 p.m. Oct. 27, at Arlington Heights Road and E. Euclid Avenue. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 27.
BATTERY

Felipe Campuzano Ruiz, 51, is accused of two counts of battery, and was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Oct. 28, at Birds Nest, 11 W. Davis St. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Bridget Roxana Gaucin, 24, is accused of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to a vehicle, and was arrested at 4:59 p.m. Oct. 29, in the 2100 block of S. Goebbert. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 17.
RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER
Joanna Krawiec, 27, is accused of resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Oct. 31, in the 1100 block of S. Old Wilke Road. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 17.
AGGRAVATED DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
James Lybold, 25, is accused of aggravated discharge of a firearm, and was arrested at 10:23 p.m. Oct. 31, in the 100 block of S. Reuter Drive. A court date of Nov. 17 was assigned.
ARMED ROBBERY
Cornell E. Martinez, 26, is accused of armed robbery (no firearm), and was arrested at 4:01 p.m. Nov. 2, at Persin and Robbin Jewelers, 24 S. Dunton Ave. A court date of Nov. 3 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Jarvell T. Miller, 24, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Nov. 1, at the Arlington Heights Police Department, 200 E. Sigwalt Road.
RETAIL THEFT
Eric Thomas Nilsen, 44, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 10:01 p.m. Oct. 30, at Guitar Center, 2375 S. Arlington Heights Road. A court date of Dec. 13 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
Gloria A. Smith, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Oct. 27, in the 1800 block of W. Algonquin Road. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
