Autumn Leaves of Arlington Heights to Host Grand Opening Celebration

May 29 event is open to the public and will feature live entertainment, appetizers, and tours of the community

The LaSalle Group, a national leader in residential memory care, opens Autumn Leaves of Arlington Heights this month at 1625 South Arlington Heights Road. The new location is the company’s 10th community in the Chicago area.

Autumn Leaves of Arlington Heights will host an official grand opening celebration from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, May 29, with the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce. The event is open to the public and will feature live entertainment, appetizers, and tours of the community.

The 29,641-square-foot memory care community will provide specialized care to 46 residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Located less than two miles from Northwest Community Hospital, the community features an innovative building design and cutting-edge technology to create a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment, while the life engagement program fulfills residents’ need for artistic expression, physical activity, spiritual support, community connections, continuing education, and leisure.

Autumn Leaves will also provide free programs to the public including seminars, speakers, and monthly Alzheimer’s support groups.

Family owned and operated since 1990, The La Salle Group designs, develops, builds, manages, and owns more than 40 Autumn Leaves memory care assisted living communities in six states, with plans to open an additional nine communities in 2015. Based in Irving, Texas, The LaSalle Group is currently looking at other potential locations in Illinois.
