Barrington Man Accused Of Battery, Criminal Trespass: Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

BATTERY

Domenic M. Migliore, 30, of the 300 block of Sharon Drive, Barrington, is accused of two counts of battery, criminal trespass to a building, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Dec. 13 in the 200 block of E Sigwalt Street. He was released on bond, and was assigned a court date of Jan. 20, 2021.

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

Romi O. Gally, 26, of the 6000 block of N Ridge Avenue, Chicago, is accused of obstructing identification, expired six months or less, and was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Dec. 18 in the 2100 block of Euclid Avenue. Gally was bonded out and assigned a court date of Jan. 20, 2021.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Thiraviam Prakash Thurai, 36, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Dec. 19 in Arlington Heights. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Dec. 22.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Umar G. Chapkhanov, 32, of Orlando, Florida, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested 2:53 a.m. Dec. 19 on Algonquin and Dempster roads. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 5, 2021.
• Jorge Villagomez, Jr., 26, of the 100 block of N Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Dec. 20 at Algonquin and Weber roads. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 5, 2021.
• Izet Meskic, 25, of the 8000 block of W Golf Road, Niles, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 11:09 p.m. Dec. 21 at Goebbert and Falcon. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 20, 2021.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Sylvia Ann Kazmer, 30, of the 1300 block of Syracuse Lane, Schaumburg, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Dec. 20 in the 0-100 block of W Algonquin. She was taken to court and assigned a court date of Jan. 19, 2021.

THEFT

Jakub Dadej, 26, of the 1300 block of E Rand Road, Des Plaines, is accused of two counts of theft greater than $300, and was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Dec. 22 in the 2000 block of S River Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 12, 2021.
