Battery Arrest Made At Chuck E. Cheese: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Michael J. Bowling, 44, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Feb. 4 at Comfort Inn, 3700 block of N. Wilke Road. A court date of Feb. 27 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Frances Exume-Bitoy, 65, is accused of two counts of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Feb. 7 at Fountans Condos, 601 W. Rand Road. They were released and assigned a court date of Feb. 13.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS BY A DRIVER

Daniel Glowa, 28, is accused of unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested Feb. 5 in the 300 block of W. Rand Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 14.

BATTERY

Nerjigsuren Gombosuren, 38, is accused of battery, and was arrested Feb. 6 at Chuck E. Cheese, 41 W. Rand Road. They were released and assigned a court date of March 15.

INCIDENTS

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE

A citizen reported that between 3:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Jan. 30, someone keyed the passenger side of her Lexus while it was in the parking lot at Mariano's, 802 E. Northwest Highway.

RETAIL THEFT

An employee of Walgreens, 1711 W. Campbell St., reported at 5:45 p.m. Jan. 30, two men stole approximately $300 worth of cosmetics. One was wearing a bright red hooded sweatshirt with a "Cookies" logo and blue jeans, while the other was wearing a brown and black winter jacket and black pants.

THEFT

  • A resident in the 400 block of S Ridge Avenue called police to report that during the overnight hours of Jan. 31, someone stole the front license plate of her Mazda while parked in the driveway.
  • A resident in the 500 block of W. Eastman Street called police to report that between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Jan. 30, someone stole a package delivered by Amazon from the mailroom.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

A resident in the 3000 block of N. Wilshire Lane called police at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 3, to report two juveniles forcibly opened the storm door and kicked the front door. The storm door hinges were damaged during the incident. The subjects were wearing black puffy jackets.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON

A resident in the 1200 block of N. Walnut Avenue called police at 11:23 a.m. Feb. 2, to report an unknown male and female subject approached her house, looked into her backyard, and attempted to open the front door while she was home. The subjects were wearing hats, glasses and medical face masks. They spoke to each other in a foreign language. They left in a black SUV, possibly a Mercedes.
