Rafal Bielski, 46, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 7:48 p.m. May 24, in the 200 block of E. Northwest Highway. A court date of May 25 was assigned.
ASSAULT

Louis T. Franchina, 73, is accused of assault, and was arrested at 9:57 a.m. May 21, in the 800 block of S. Dwyer Avenue. A court date of June 29 was assigned.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
- Karen K. Hayes, 61, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 7:55 p.m. May 21, in the 1100 block of S. Haddow Avenue. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 14 was assigned.
- Diana Ortega, 35, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 1:15 a.m. May 21, in the 600 block of E. Euclid Avenue. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 14 was assigned.
- Luis A. Perez, 31, is accused of two counts of domestic battery, and was arrested at 9:24 p.m. May 24, in the 500 block of E. Seegers Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 15 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Ashley Nicole Howze, 27, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 1:11 a.m. May 25, at Arlington Heights Road and Elk Grove Township Drive. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 22 was assigned.
- Diana Christine Servos, 36, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 11:17 p.m. May 23, in the 800 block of E. Kensington Road. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of June 9 was assigned.
- Samet Sinanoski, 28, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 3:08 a.m. May 21, at Rand and Palatine roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of June 9 was assigned.
RECKLESS CONDUCT
Henry S. Lassen, 56, is accused of reckless conduct (causing bodily harm), disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 9:03 p.m. May 21, in the 300 block of E. Central Road. A court date of June 22 was assigned.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
- Frank Ortiz, 56, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing identification, unlawful possession of title, operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 11:46 p.m. May 23, at Red Roof Inn, 20 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of June 15 was assigned.
- William Alan Schulze, 46, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, suspended driver's license, possession of drug paraphernalia, suspended license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 1:10 a.m. May 23, on E. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of June 14 was assigned.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION
Michelle M. Wilson, 30, is accused of felony unlawful possession of firearms, driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 11:32 a.m. May 22, in the 800 block of N. Evergreen Avenue. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of June 16 was assigned.
BURGLARY
Justin A. Zara, 20, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 7:38 p.m. May 20, at Arlington Park, 2200 W. Euclid Avenue. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 23 was assigned.
