ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Adewale Ademosu, 42, is accused of battery, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 5:32 p.m. Aug. 20, in the 2200 block of S Arlington Heights Road. A court date of Sept. 29 was assigned.

BURGLARY

Fredy G. Chino, 20, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Aug. 26, at Walgreens, 235 E Palatine Road. He was assigned a court date of Aug. 27.

DRIVING ON SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Amelia Davenport, 26, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 5 p.m. Aug. 24, at the postal facility, 1300 E Northwest Highway. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 13.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Debra A. Hartel, 66, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of more than 0.08, and was arrested at 12:41 p.m. Aug. 25, at S Dunton Avenue and E Sigwalt Street. Her bond was set at $6,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 10.
  • Bill G. Nyanue, 41, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of more than 0.08, and was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Aug. 20, at Red Roof Inn, 22 W Algonquin Street. His bond was set at $6,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
