Car Theft, Bringing Drugs To Jail Bust: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
A 25-year-old woman was arrested at Jewel in connection to the charges, according to police.

- Samantha L. Adams, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Feb. 19, at E. Rand and E. Palatine roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 29 was assigned.
- Shigetaro Takahashi, 54, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested at 2:53 p.m. Feb. 19, at Ridge Avenue and Kirchoff Avenue. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 15 was assigned.
RETAIL THEFT
Nancy Bimbo, 39, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Feb. 23, at Jewel, 440 E. Rand Road. A court date of March 22 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Latavion Johnson, 20, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 4:27 p.m. Feb. 18, at The Academy at Forest View, 2121 S. Goebbert Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of March 15 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
James Joseph, 66, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Feb. 17, at American Legion, 121 N. Douglas Ave. Bond was set at $15,000.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLES
Rick D. Ohlson, 32, is accused of criminal trespass to vehicles, and was arrested at 4:57 p.m. Feb. 21, at Jewel, 1860 S. Arlington Heights Road. A court date of April 5 was assigned.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
Kaitlin A. Ryan, 25, is accused of motor vehicle theft, bringing an item of contraband into a penal institution, and was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Feb. 21, at Jewel, 1860 S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of March 17 was assigned.

BATTERY
A 20-year-old man was cited for battery (fighting) at 3:56 p.m. Feb. 18, in the 500 block of Happfield Drive. He was released. A court date of March 14 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
A 40-year-old man was cited for driving on a suspended license at 7:20 p.m. Feb. 17, at Arlington Heights Road and Ivy Lane. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 30 was assigned.
