Carthage College Students Venture Across Globe For J-Term Study Tour

During Carthage College's 2026 J-Term, Rachel Meilinger, from Arlington Heights, traveled as part of the course Photographing Nature: Investigating Biodiversity and Conservation. J-Term, or January Term, is a special month-long period of study in which Carthage students explore subjects outside their majors or minors, discover new interests, and test their creativity through classes held around the world. More than 275 Carthage students participated in one of 14 study tours offered in January.

MSOE Dean's List - Fall Semester 2025 Announced

Milwaukee School of Engineering congratulates students named to the Fall Semester 2025 Dean's List. Students from Arlington Heights named to the list include:

• Nicole Switalski was named to the Dean's List with High Honors. Switalski is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and BioMolecular Engineering.
• Daniel Marciniak was named to the Dean's List. Marciniak is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Peter Vladimirov was named to the Dean's List. Vladimirov is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Bryce Vosburg was named to the Dean's List. Vosburg is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Skyler Sonnabend was named to the Dean's List. Sonnabend is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Filip Aniecko was named to the Dean's List. Aniecko is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
• Yanni Nassis was named to the Dean's List. Nassis is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Remington Larkowski Named To Champlain College Fall 2025 Dean's List

Remington Larkowski, of Arlington Heights, was named to the Champlain College Dean's List for the Fall 2025 semester. Students on the Dean's List have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher during the semester. Larkowski is currently majoring in Interactive Narrative for Games and Digital Media.
