Sophia Gillespie, of Arlington Heights, is one of more than 300 students who received diplomas and were recognized as Harding University graduates during the Fall 2024 commencement ceremony on Dec. 14, 2024. Gillespie received a Bachelor of Arts in integrated marketing communication.

Jack Harmon Graduates From Millikin University
Jack Harmon, of Arlington Heights, graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Millikin University. Harmon was one of 80 graduates recognized during the 2024 Winter Commencement ceremony at the Kirkland Fine Arts Center on December 15, 2024.

Seton Hall University Announces Marchetti Has Qualified For Dean's List
Seton Hall University is pleased to announce Emma Marchetti, of Arlington Heights, has qualified for the Fall 2024 Dean's List. After the close of every semester, undergraduate students completing all courses with a GPA of 3.4, with no grades lower than "C", qualify for the Dean's List.

University Of Tampa Honors Dean's List Students For Fall 2024 Semester
University of Tampa has honored 2,300 students who were named to the dean's list for the Fall 2024 semester. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.75 or higher to be eligible for the dean's list. Students from Arlington Heights named to the list include:
- Taylore Camel is a Sophomore majoring in International Business and Marketing BS
- Laine Evans is a Senior majoring in Management BS

The University Of Tampa's December 2024 Commencement
University of Tampa hosted a commencement ceremony on Dec. 13 to honor 982 degree-seeking candidates at the University's 159th commencement. The event was attended by the students, their family members and friends, UTampa faculty and staff members, and the general public. The ceremony included remarks by Eric Freundt, professor of biology, and the student challenge speaker. Students from Arlington Heights named to the list include:
- Jenna Coffey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice BS
- Laine Evans graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management BS
