Augustana College's Spring Semester Dean's List Announced

Augustana College announced more than 1,100 students were named to the Dean's List for the 2023-2024 spring semester. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term. Students from Arlington Heights named to the list include:

• Morgan Buchek, a Pre-Medicine, Biochemistry major
• Andrew Cochrane, an English Education, Middle Grades English major
• Lucas Fahnoe, a Philosophy, Neuroscience major

Okebukola Graduates From Shenandoah University In 2023-24

Marian Okebukola, of Arlington Heights, was among the 1,247 graduates who received their degrees and/or certificates from Shenandoah University during the 2023-24 academic year.
Okebukola earned a Doctor of Pharmacy.

Julia Taylor Graduates From University Of Dayton

Julia Taylor, of Arlington Heights, graduated from the University of Dayton in May with a degree in psychology. On May 5, the university conferred over 1,700 undergraduate degrees at the University of Dayton Arena. Taylor, a 2020 Saint Viator High School graduate, will attend Auburn University in the fall to work as a graduate assistant as she earns her Master of Social Work.

Jessica Taylor Earns Degree At Loyola University Chicago

Jessica Taylor, of Arlington Heights, graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her Master of Social Work on May 10 in the Gentile Arena in Chicago. She was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society in 2023. Taylor, a 2018 Saint Viator High School graduate, earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Dayton in 2022.

Lockley Named To Spring 2024 Dean's List At John Carroll University

Gage Lockley, of Arlington Heights, has been named to the Dean's List at John Carroll University for the Spring 2024 semester. Students eligible for the Dean's List must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours within one semester and have a quality grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
