Local Emerson College Students Earn Dean's List For Fall 2022 Semester
The following students earned Dean's List honors for Emerson College's Fall 2022 semester. The requirement to make Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for that semester. Local Arlington Heights students include:
- Nicholette Bentz is majoring in Journalism and is a member of the Class of 2025.
- Mark Fiedler is majoring in Self-Designed and is a member of the Class of 2023.

Lockley Named To Fall 2022 Dean's List At John Carroll University
Gage Lockley, of Arlington Heights, has been named to the Dean's List at John Carroll University for the Fall 2022 semester. Students eligible for the Dean's List must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours within one semester and have a quality grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Fall 2022 Dean's List Released At Millikin University
Millikin University is pleased to announce the names of the outstanding undergraduates who have been named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2022 semester. Students who attempt 12 graded credits during a fall or spring semester and earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher earn Dean's List honors. Students earning a perfect 4.00 grade point average on 12 graded credits attempted to earn High Dean's List honors. Local Arlington Heights students include:

Zeppos Named To St. Lawrence University's Fall 2022 Dean's List
Lexie Zeppos, from Arlington Heights, has been named to St. Lawrence University's Dean's List for achieving academic excellence during the Fall 2022 semester. Zeppos is a member of the Class of 2023 and is majoring in psychology. Zeppos attended Prospect High School.

Local Students Study Abroad With Carthage College
More than 260 Carthage College students traveled with faculty on international study tours in January, including these Arlington Heights students:
- Grace Mason studied in Costa Rica with professors Amy Haines and Ryan Miller
- Logan Luis studied in France with Professor Pascal Rollet
A Carthage tradition since the early 1970s, these short-term study tours allow students to experience new cultures and ideas without committing to a full semester abroad.

Local Residents Named To RIT Dean's List
The following students were named to the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours. Local Arlington Heights students include:
- David Reich, who is in the electrical engineering program.
- Daniel Chapin, who is in the computer science program.

Threlkeld Named To Dean's List At Grove City College
Adam Threlkeld, of Arlington Heights, a Political Science major at Grove City College has been named to the Dean's List with Distinction for the Fall 2022 semester. Adam is a 2020 graduate of John Hersey High School and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Threlkeld, Sr. (Michele) from Arlington Heights. Students eligible for the Dean's List have a GPA of 3.40 to 3.59; for the Dean's List with Distinction a GPA of 3.60 to 3.84 and for the Dean's List with High Distinction a GPA of 3.85 to 4.0.

Herazy Named To Dean's List At Cornell University
Alex Herazy, of Arlington Heights, was recently included on the dean's list at Cornell University for the fall 2022 semester. Herazy, along with Sam Stubbs, of Arlington Heights (Vanderbilt University), have also been selected to attend the Clinton Global Initiative's annual meeting.
