Controversial Church Expansion Plans On Hold — For Now
The proposed parking lot expansion would require tearing down eight homes, according to the Daily Herald.

Plans appear to be on hold for a Arlington Heights church that has proposed a parking lot expansion that would require tearing down eight homes, according to the Daily Herald.
During a public meeting held by the church in early June, more than 100 residents who live nearby came to protest the church building a new parking lot.
The Orchard Evangelical Free Church, at 1330 N. Douglas, had not submitted any applications to the village as of mid-July, according to the article.
The Daily Herald has more on this.
