Customer's Car Keyed While In Marshalls: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

DRIVING ON A REVOKED/SUSPENDED LICENSE

Ferman Aguilar Bacilio, 41, of the 2300 block of Algonquin Parkway, Rolling Meadows, is accused of driving on a revoked license, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 9:57 p.m. Feb. 25, in the 70 block of W. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of March 11.

  • Daniel H. Fisher, 53, of the 100 block of E. Willow Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Feb. 22, in the 100 block of E. Willow Street, Arlington Heights. A court date of March 18 was assigned.
  • David F. Liberty, 65, of the 1700 block of N. Drury Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested at 5:11 p.m. Feb. 20, in the 100 block of N. Vail. A court date of March 12.
  • Antonio Maldonado, 52, of the 900 block of Lacrosse Street, Carol Stream, is accused of driving on a suspended license, had a warrant for violation of a bail bond, and was arrested at 8:34 p.m. Feb. 26, in the 400 block of E. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. A court date of March 24 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Delontae T. Nelson, 38, of the 1700 block of Forrest Cove Drive, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 3:28 a.m. Feb. 24, in the 4200 block of Salem Drive, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of April 4.

INCIDENTS

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE

A customer at Marshalls, 392 E. Rand Road, reported that between 5:15 p.m. and 5:38 p.m. Feb. 13, someone had keyed her gray Lexus while it was parked in the parking lot.

THEFT

A citizen called police at 6:44 p.m. Feb. 14, to report someone had stolen his laptop from the back hallway at Hey Nonny, 10 S. Vail Ave. The person was described as a black male, 30 to 40 years of age, with short black hair, wearing a dark blue jacket, light blue jeans and red and white Jordan high top shoes.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

  • A citizen reported that between Feb. 13 and Feb. 15, someone had stolen his front license plate off his gray ford in the 2700 block of N. Greenwood Avenue.
  • A citizen called police to report that between Feb. 15 and Feb. 16, someone had stolen the rear license plate off his gray Kia in the 1000 block of W. Hawthorne Street.
