Man Endangers Child, Resists Cops: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The Chicago man, who had a warrant, is also accused of identity theft and criminal damage to property, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Devonte L. Bryant, 26, of the 7600 block of S. May Street, Chicago, is accused of identity theft, criminal damage to property, resisting a peace officer, endangering the life of a child, driving on a suspended license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Feb. 14, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt. A court date of March 28 was assigned.

Paul M. Garelli, 65, of the 10 block of E. Old Willow Road, Prospect Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to a residence, disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Feb. 17, in the 2500 block of N. Ridge Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 11.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Noah Sanders, 41, of the 1900 block of Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 3:56 a.m. Feb. 15, at E. Oakton Street and N. Busse Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 11.
  • Lindsay B. Tschannen, 41, of the 7200 block of Huron Drive, Wonder Lake, is accused of DUI of drugs/combination of drugs, and was arrested at 11:32 a.m. Feb. 18, in a business parking lot. She was released and assigned a court date of March 18.
