Discussion Circles on Reforming Liquor Laws in Arlington Heights

The village is trying to determine what the changes could mean for safety in the community and for businesses, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The village of Arlington Heights is looking into changing parts of its liquor laws that could allow for the creation of BYOB regulations and allowing convenience stores to sell alcohol, according to the Chicago Tribune. 

The village board discussed the potential changes during a meeting Monday night,  according to the article. There was also discussion on changing training requirements by requiring retail clerks to complete BASSET training, according to the Chicago Tribune.
