Technology and transportation will see an increase in this year's budget.

A cost containment structure has been put in place to keep the district with balanced budgets, Schuler explained Thursday night.

The board will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget at 7 p.m. at their Sept. 20 board meeting and take a vote after the hearing.
