Drunken Driver With Booze In Car Endangers Life Of Child: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The 38-year-old Mount Prospect resident was also charged with driving on a suspended license when he was arrested last weekend.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE

Iulian Cilban, 43, of Nowalk, California, is accused of driving on a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to secure a child under the age of eight years in a restraint system, and was arrested at 5:20 p.m. July 12, in the 100 block of W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of July 30.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

  • Jimmy R. Ellis, 30, of the 1100 block of E. Candlenut Lane, Palatine, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 12:21 a.m. July 15, in the 1600 block of New Wilke.
  • Joo Young Moon, 42, of the 4400 block of N. Harding Avneue, Chicago, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 11:48 a.m. July 24.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Michael George, 56, of the 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, improper use of registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 6:27 p.m. July 11, in the 200 block of E. Algonquin Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 9.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Paco Hernandez, 25, of the 200 block of E. Seegers, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to property, vandalism, and was arrested at 4:25 p.m. July 20, in the 1900 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 12.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Julio C. Hurtado-Molina, 38, of the 1800 block of W. Hatherleigh Court, Mount Prospect, is accused of two counts of aggravated driving under the influence, endangering the life of a child, driving on a suspended license, illegal transportation of liquor by a driver, and was arrested at 11:02 p.m. July 20, in the 1800 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 26.
  • Almaz Ryskulov, 36, of the 200 block of Inwood Drive, Wheeling, is accused of DUI alcohol, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, and was arrested at 1:52 a.m. July 20, at Rand Road and Woods Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 15.
  • Mareena B. Sowers, 24, of the 1000 block of Stephen Avenue, Elgin, is accused of DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. July 19, at Palatine Road and Kennicott Drive. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 15.

HOME INVASION

Milena M. Kochman, 20, of the 5200 block of N. Leclaire Avenue, Chicago, is accused of home invasion, and was arrested at 11:06 a.m. July 23, in the 5200 block of N. Leclaire Avenue, Chicago. A court date of Aug. 15 was assigned.
