Elite Athletic Development Invites Area Student Athletes to Special Winter Fitness Camp
Elite Athletic Development | CrossFit Arlington Heights offers a fit alternative to keep kids active over Winter Break.
Registration is now open for the Elite Athletic Development | CrossFit Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Development Holiday Camp. The camp will run the weeks of December 21 & 28 with one-hour classes on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday.
This special two-week, six-day camp is ideal for motivated student athletes of all fitness and experience levels eager to learn, practice & perfect new skills, stay active over the long holiday break, and have fun. Student athletes will be divided in to training groups, and each group will have a coach.

- Week of December 21 | Monday & Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. + Saturday, 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
- Week of December 28 | Monday & Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. + Saturday, 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
