ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

ARRESTS

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Danny Dolores Guzman, 22, of the 2500 block of Bayside Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving on a suspended license, had two in-state warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Feb. 14, in the 1000 block of N. New Wilke. He was released and assigned a court date of March 10.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Justin P. Harding, 23, of the 2300 block of S. Goebbert, Arlington Heights, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 7:58 a.m. Feb. 7, in the 2100 block of Euclid Avenue. A court date of Feb. 19 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY A FELON

Marldon R. Holder, 35, homeless, is accused of two counts of unlawful possession of a loaded firearm by a felon in custody of the Department of Corrections, and was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Feb. 7, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road. Holder is currently in the Cook County Jail and is due back in court on March 7.

FORGERY

Reynold Lindsey, 27, of the 8100 block of Route 53, Woodridge, is accused of forgery, and was arrested at 11:55 a.m. Feb. 10, in the 2100 block of Euclid Avenue. A court date of March 12 was assigned.

OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH NO LICENSE

Peter Miller, 20, of the 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no license, operating a vehicle with no registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Feb. 9, at Comfort Inn, 2112 S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 19.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Vann C. Osei, 37, of the 1500 block of W. Vine Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of resisting a peace officer, criminal trespass to property, assault, and was arrested at 1:39 p.m. Feb. 11, in the 900 block of W. Kirchoff. He was released and assigned a court date of March 4.
