Frontier Days To Reopen Saturday Night After Weather Delay
Yachtley Crew is still scheduled to perform on the Main Stage, festival organizers said.
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Frontier Days is expected to reopen at 7 p.m. Saturday, weather permitting, after festival organizers announced a weather-related closure.
Yachtley Crew will perform on the Main Stage as scheduled, according to the festival update.
Food service will be available only in the Main Tent, organizers said.

Festival officials asked attendees to continue following Frontier Days’ page for the latest weather updates, schedule changes and any additional closures.
“Thank you for your patience and understanding,” organizers said in the update. “Stay safe, and we hope to see you at the festival!”

The update comes as Frontier Days marks its 50th anniversary in Arlington Heights. The volunteer-run festival runs July 1-5 at Recreation Park and features live music, food, family activities, a carnival and other events.
