Mike B. Brown, 62, is accused of reckless discharge of a firearm, and was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Dec. 6, in the 1100 block of W. Wing Street. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Jan. 7, 2022, was assigned.

- Virginia Deles, 76, is accused of endangering the life or welfare of a child, and was arrested at 7:16 a.m. Dec. 5, in the 800 block of E. Shady Way. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Jan. 20, 2022, was assigned.
- Frank G. Stauffer, 63, is accused of endangering the life or health of a child, and was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Dec. 5, in the 800 block of E. Shady Way. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Jan. 20, 2022, was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Graydon J. Drew, 41, is accused of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:41 a.m. Dec. 10, in the 200 block of E. Palatine Road. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Jan. 27, 2022, was assigned.
- Lucas Hale Hollingsworth, 21, is accused of driving under the influence, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, having a driver's license expired more than a year, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 2:54 a.m. Dec. 5, at Pickwik and Arlington Heights roads. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
- Jonathon E. Janus, 32, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 11:44 p.m. Dec. 3, at Arlington Heights Road and E. St. James Street. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO MANUFACTURE/DELIVER CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Tyshar Keamber Re Mosley, 33, is accused of possessing 115 grams of cocaine with intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested at 9:46 p.m. Dec. 8, in the 2400 block of Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Jan. 5, 2022, was assigned.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
Megan T. Norman, 20, is accused of possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 9, in the 0-10 block of E. Golf Road, Arlington Heights. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Jan. 20, 2022, was assigned.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Marlon X. Rockwood, 30, is accused of criminal damage to property over $500, and was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Dec. 4, in the 500 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
- A person reported at 11:10 a.m. Nov. 29, someone removed the catalytic converter from their silver Honda Element overnight at Arlington Glen Condos, 1600 block of N. Windsor Drive. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown at the time of the report.
- A resident in the 1400 block of N. Belmont Avenue called police at 11:36 a.m. Nov. 29, to report the catalytic converter from their silver Honda CRV was removed sometime overnight. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown at the time of the report.
- A person reported at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 29, someone removed the catalytic converter from their red Honda CRV sometime overnight while it was parked at Red Roof Inn, 22 W. Algonquin Road. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown at the time of the report.
- A resident of the 700 block of N. Beverly Lane called police at 7:15 a.m. Nov. 30, to report someone the catalytic converter from the complainant’s gray Honda Accord some time overnight. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown at the time of the report.
- A resident of the Dana Point Condos, 1600 block of E. Central Road, reported at 8:54 a.m. Dec. 2, someone removed the catalytic converter from the complainant’s gray Kia Sportage sometime overnight. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown.
- A resident in the 500 block of E. Circle Hill Drive called police at 4:18 p.m. Dec. 4, to report someone removed the catalytic converter from the complainant’s silver Hyundai Sonata sometime overnight. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown.
THEFT
- A resident in the 500 block of W. Miner Street reported at 11:51 a.m. Nov. 29, a package was taken from the front door of a residence. The offender was described as a female, approximately 20 years old, and left in a tan sedan. The incident occurred about 10-15 minutes prior to the resident calling 911. The vehicle could not be located.
- A customer at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, called police at 1:26 p.m. Dec. 5, to report someone stole the complainant’s purse from a shopping cart. The purse contained her keys and iPhone. The theft happened around 15 minutes prior to the call.
- A resident of Evergreen Court Apartments, 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road, reported at 2:17 p.m. Dec. 5, someone entered their storage unit and stole their Christmas decorations. No offender information was provided.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
A resident in the 2000 block of S. Arlington Heights Road called police at 2:36 p.m. Nov. 29, to report someone stole their black 1999 Honda Civic. The theft occurred over a two-week time period.
SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A resident in the 1600 block of S. Highland Avenue reported at 7:40 p.m. Nov. 30, a male, approximately 20 years old, was looking into the window of his residence. Complainant was arriving home in his vehicle and honked the horn. The subject ran away westbound on Victoria. The complainant only wanted the area checked. The subject could not be located.
HIT-AND-RUN
A person called police at 11:58 a.m. Dec. 1, to report that when they returned to their red Nissan Alitma, they noticed someone had struck it while parked at Goodwill, 1551 N. Dryden Ave.
SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE WITH OCCUPANT
A resident of Palatine Road, at Coldspring Road, reported at 5:44 p.m. Dec. 2, a U-Haul van was circling the neighborhood and requested an area check. Officers located the vehicle and determined it was an Amazon delivery driver.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON
A resident in the 1000 block of W. Cypress Drive called police at 10:37 a.m. Dec. 3, to report a male wearing a black facemask and blue jeans was attempting to open the front door to several residences. The area was checked and the subject could not be located.
