Group Nabbed For Trespass At Laundromat: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The four men were cited at Big Coin Laundry, according to police.

- Kairat B. Baialiev, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding more than 35 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 2:44 a.m. Dec. 31, at Palatine and Schoenbeck roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Feb. 7 was assigned.
- Cynthia M. Gutierrez, 27, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:26 a.m. Jan. 1, at E. Palatine and E. Rand roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Jan. 19 was assigned.
- Maxilian Hoon Lee, 36, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 3:31 a.m. Jan. 5, at Arlington Heights and Palatine roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Jan. 19 was assigned.
- John W. Weber, 33, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs or combination of drugs, and was arrested at 5:12 p.m. Dec. 30, in the 2100 block of N. Cherry Hill Drive. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 19.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
A 53-year-old man is accused of driving with a license that had been expired for more than a year, and was arrested at 12:55 p.m. Jan. 4, on I-90 near Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Jan. 20 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
- A 20-year-old man is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was cited and released at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 4, in the 1700 block of W. Algonquin Road. A court date of Feb. 14 was assigned.
- Four men are accused of criminal trespass to property, and were cited and released at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 4, at Big Coin Laundry, 1756 W. Algonquin Road. A court date of Feb. 14 was assigned for both.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Franklin A. Calix-Aguilar, 20, had a warrant for violation of a bail bond, and was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 4, at the Arlington Heights police station, 200 E. Sigwalt Road.

BURGLARY
Michael P. Hudson, 22, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 4:41 a.m. Jan. 4, at Rolling Green Clubhouse, 2525 E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Jan. 27 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
James D. Justen, 46, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 6:16 p.m. Jan. 2, in the 600 block of E. Palatine Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Jan. 24 was assigned.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO LAND
David F. Liberty, 63, is accused of criminal trespass to land, assault, and was arrested at 11:21 a.m. Jan. 2, at Northwest Auto & Detail Center, 900 W. Euclid Avenue. A court date of Feb. 15 was assigned.
