Indiana Man With Multiple Warrants Arrested: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Steven D. Craig, 35, of the 3800 block of Hull Street, Skokie, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 6:54 p.m. Jan. 28, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

• Carlos R. Echevarria, 45, of Whiting, Indiana, had multiple warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Jan. 27, in the 1200 block of Pulaski Road, Calumet City. A court date of Jan. 28 was assigned.
• Samantha N. Murrin, homeless, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5 p.m. Jan. 29, in the 10 block of W. Algonquin Road.
• Shawn W. Myers, 32, of Seminole, Florida, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, new charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Jan. 28, at Arlington Heights Road and NW Pointe Boulevard. He was released and assigned a court date of March 4.

FIGHTING

Michael S. Garbacz, 61, of the 1200 block of E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, is accused of fighting, and was arrested at 9:39 p.m. Jan. 29, in the 1200 block of E. Northwest Highway. He was released and assigned a court date of March 10.
