Man With Deadly Weapon Resists Arrest: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The 31-year-old Arlington Heights resident was also charged with battery, according to police.

Terrace D. Davis, 59, of the 5100 block of S. Union Avenue, Chicago, is accused of failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident, and was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Jan. 17, at the Oak Brook Police Department. A court date of Jan. 29 was assigned.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

Chadane Gordan, 31, of the 1100 block of S. Haddow Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (offense based on use of firearm, device, motor vehicle or other deadly weapon), and was arrested at 7:45 p.m Jan. 22, in the 1800 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 18. On the same time and date, police charged Gordon with separate offenses of battery, resisting a peace officer. For those, a court date of Jan. 27 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF PAROLE OR MANDATORY SUPERVISED RELEASE
Joshua D. Hachmeister, 45, homeless, is accused of violation of parole or mandatory supervised release, and was arrested at 2:48 p.m. Jan. 20, at the Arlington Heights police station. Police said a little over one hour earlier, Hachmeister was arrested and charged with domestic battery in Woodstock. A court date of Feb. 17 was assigned for both charges.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO REAL PROPERTY
Mitchel A. Nowak, 53, of the 1200 block of E. Woodford Place, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to a building, and was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 17, in the 100 block of W. Campbell Street. Police said Nowak was arrested on the same charge at the same location about 20 minutes prior. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5 on the two charges.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Abdulkadir Senlik, 26, of the 900 block of Albian Avenue, Schaumburg, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 2:39 a.m. Jan. 17, in the 20 block of S. Vail. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5.
- Marvin L. Warren, 51, of the 200 block of W N. Keeler Avenue, Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Jan. 19, in the 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 18.
