Indiana Man With Warrant Nabbed At Kohl's: Arlington Heights Blotter

The 29-year-old was also arrested Wednesday on a new charge of retail theft, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Adolfo M. Estrada, 18, of the 800 block of McHenry Road, Wheeling, is accused of vandalism, and was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Aug. 31, at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 8.

RETAIL THEFT

Joshua C. Huley, 29, of East Chicago, Indiana, is accused of retail theft, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 4, at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road. A court date of Oct. 1 was assigned.

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

Cody H. Lang, 22, of the 1000 block of Charlela, Elk Grove Village, is accused of obstructing identification, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Aug. 30, at Dundee and Wilke roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 1.

BATTERY

Terrence M. Reynolds, 35, of the 200 block of S. Rohlwing Road, Palatine, is accused of battery, assault, and was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Sept. 1, at Palatine Road and N. Evergreen Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 8.
