Woman Uses Forgery To Get Prescriptions: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The Gary, Indiana resident is accused of forgery, obtaining possession of a controlled substance by fraud at Walgreens.

Daron L. Caldwell, 23, of the 7500 block of S. Peoria Street, Chicago, is accused of two counts of identity theft, and was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Aug. 23, at Floor and Decor, 600 E. Rand Road. A court date of Oct. 4 was assigned.

Takeisha R. Davis, of Gary, Indiana, is accused of forgery, obtaining possession of a controlled substance by fraud, and was arrested at 1:12 p.m. Aug. 24, at Walgreens, 1711 W. Campbell St. A court date of Oct. 11 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Anwar I. Haido, 62, of the 300 block of Birchwood Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested at 7:39 a.m. Aug. 28. A court date of Sept. 19 was assigned.
THEFT
Priscila Quintero, 36, of the 900 block of Grand Canyon Parkway, Hoffman Estates, is accused of theft, and was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Aug. 23, in the 800 block of E. Golf Road. A court date of Oct. 21 was assigned.
POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY MINORS
A group of four teenagers were cited for possession of alcoholic beverages by people under the age of 21 at 6:40 p.m. Aug. 24, at Nickol Knoll Park, 3800 N. Kennicott Avenue. A court date of Sept. 10 was assigned.
