A 51-year-old man was arrested Sept. 29 at Rokbonki Japanese Restaurant: Arlington Heights Blotter

Josue Carrera, 28, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 25, in the 1600 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 20.

- Nydia Hernandez, 24, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Sept. 26, at Rand and E. Palatine roads. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 2.
- Alexander S. Jaksic, 24, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Sept. 26, at S. Waterman Avenue and E. Kensington Road. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
- Garry A. Willie, 36, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Setp. 26, at S. Arlington Heights and E. Algonquin roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 2.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
- Jamal L. Jones, 34, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, improper use of registration, and was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Sept. 27, at Rand Road and Woods Drive. Bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
- Genevieve Irene Tovar, 46, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 3:10 p.m. Sept. 28, at E. Orchard Street and S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 15.

BATTERY
- Reynold Sanchez, 34, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Sept. 27, at the Arlington Heights train station, 45 W. Northwest Highway. Bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 9.
- Kevin S. Yun, 51, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Sept. 29, at Rokbonki Japanese Restaurant, 800 block of W. Dundee Road. His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
SALE OF ALCOHOL TO MINORS
Mauro G. Valenzuela, 32, is accused of selling liquor to someone under the age of 21, and was cited at 5:11 p.m. Sept. 27, at Courtyard by Marriott, 100 W. Algonquin Road. A court date of Oct. 12 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Adrian Wojick, 25, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Sept. 26. He was assigned a court date of Sept. 28.
