ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • A 37-year-old man is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Feb. 24, in the 200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 4 was assigned.
  • A 54-year-old man is accused of driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Feb. 24, at W. White Oak Street and S. Fernandez Avenue. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.

OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH NO LICENSE

A 58-year-old man is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, and was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Feb. 24, on Interstate 90 and Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 21 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Isabel De La Fuente, 56, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 11 p.m. March 2, at Palatine Road and Winston Drive. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of April 17 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Mason A. Fisher, 24, is accused of domestic battery, two counts of criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 2:38 a.m. Feb. 27, in the 400 block of E. Seegers Road. Bond was set at $15,000 and a court date of March 21 was assigned.

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

A 46-year-old man is accused of obstructing identification, driver and passenger required to use safety belts, and was arrested at 5:29 p.m. Feb. 24, at I-90 and S. Arlington Heights Road. A court date of March 29 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF TITLE

Kenneth Nowotnik, 58, is accused of unlawful possession of a title, and was arrested at 3:59 p.m. March 2, at an Amazon Hub in the 1400 block of W. Cellular Drive. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of April 27 was assigned.

RETAIL THEFT

Sergio Ortiz-Vargas, 32, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 27, at Dick's Sporting Goods, 900 block of W. Kirchoff Road. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM

Marco Antonio Reyes, 39, is accused of aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested at 2:58 p.m. Feb. 26, at Motel 6, 400 block of W. Algonquin Road. There was no bond and a court date of March 24 was assigned.

UNAUTHORIZED DELIVERY OF FUGITIVE

Brandi A. Sawyer, 35, had an out-of-state warrant for unauthorized delivery of a fugitive, and was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Feb. 27, at Holiday Inn Express, 2111 S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $20,000.

ARMED VIOLENCE

Cole N. Storm, 26, is accused of armed violence, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon in custody at the department of corrections, aggravated fleeing to elude a peace officer, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, resisting a peace officer, two counts of failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident, and was arrested at 8:01 p.m. Feb. 27, at 7-eleven, 1650 W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $40,000 and a court date of March 24 was assigned.
