Man Accused Of Trespassing At Pool Company: Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

SPEEDING

Yella Anusha, 27, is accused of speeding 35 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Sept. 4, at Arlington Heights and Sigwalt. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 15.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Wesam A. Gad, 38, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of cannabis, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 10:58 p.m. Sept. 6, in the 2000 block of Spring Ridge Drive. Bond was set at $3,000 and Gad was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
• Siarhei Rzheutski, 35, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Sept. 5, at Route 53 and Palatine Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and they were assigned a court date of Oct. 6.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Jovany Gomez, 19, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested at 4:39 a.m. Sept. 5, at Happifield Drive and N Kennicott Avenue. His bond was set at $2,5000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 30.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE

Yony Medina, 23, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 3:55 a.m. Sept. 6, in the 600 block of W Rand Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and Medina was assigned a court date of Oct. 5.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Michael L. Monnette, 49, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Sept. 10, at the Downes Swimming Pool Company, 700 block of University Drive. He was assigned a court date of Oct. 12.
