Woman Accused Of 3 Counts Of Battery To Peace Officer: Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. - Adai M. Bautista, 40, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level over 0.08, and was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Aug. 30. His bond was set at $6,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
- Rachel T. Dahm, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, use of an electronic device on a roadway, operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, and was arrested at 4:40 a.m. Sept. 2, at Rand and Wilke roads. Her bond was set at $12,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
- Hannah Youngshin Sekula, 43, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Aug. 27, at Palatine and Arlington Heights roads. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 17.
FELONY POSSESSION/USE OF A FIREARM
Romont Elijah Bowman, 29, is accused of felony possession/use of a firearm, possession of a firearm with FOID expired, unlawful possession of a weapon by person in custody at a Department of Corrections facility, and was arrested at 5:41 p.m. Aug. 31, at Red Roof Inn, 22 W Algonquin Road. He was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.

ENDANGERING THE LIFE/HEALTH OF A CHILD
Josephine A. DiSafache, 28, is accused of endangering the life/health of a child, and was arrested at 4 p.m. Aug. 27, in the 2800 block of Bel-Aire Drive. Bond was set at $100 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 10.
Kevin G. Dugan, 63, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, operation of an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Sept. 1, in the 800 block of Dundee Road. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
- Omar R. Jones, 40, is accused of driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Aug. 30, at Sonesta Select, 3700 N Wilke Road. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
- Donald A. Rundlett, 50, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Aug. 31, at W Algonquin Road and Meijer Drive. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 5.
BATTERY
Sang Lee, 42, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Sept. 1, in the 0-100 block of S Dunston Avenue. Bond was set at $100 and Lee was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
PEDDLING/SOLICITATION WITHOUT A LICENSE
Kendrick J. Marshall, 28, is accused of peddling/solicitation without a license, and was arrested at 4:06 p.m. Sept. 1, in the 2100 block of E Euclid Avenue. He was assigned a court date of Oct. 12.
THEFT
Adrian Montiel, 25, is accused of theft/obtaining unauthorized control over the property of the owner over $500, and was arrested at 10:55 a.m. Sept. 2, at Hillside Towing, 120 W University Drive. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 24.
RETAIL THEFT
Orlando J. Perez, 46, is accused of retail theft over $300, and was arrested at noon, Aug. 28, at Walgreens, 1000 E Northwest Highway. His bond was set at $600 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 13.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY
- Olga Tychina, 39, is accused of three counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol more than three times, two counts of driving on a revoked/suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 5:44 a.m. Aug. 28, in the 1400 block of North Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $90,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 14.
- Nicholas J. Wiley, 20, is accused of aggravated battery of peace officer, and was arrested at 3 p.m. Aug. 27, in the 2100 block of S Goebbert Road. His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
