Man With Drugs Resists Retail Theft Arrest: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The 26-year-old Arlington Heights man is accused of the incident in the in the 400 block of E. Palatine Road.

- Tiffany L. Baker, 40, of the 1100 block of N. Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:58 p.m. April 7, in the 400 block of E. Golf Road.
- Jesse B. Coleman, 43, of the 7300 block of S. Coles Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:44 p.m. April 7, in the 400 block of E. Golf Road.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Arthur Giernalczyk, 26, of the 1300 block of Cove Drive, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, resisting a peace officer, retail theft, and was arrested at 8:47 p.m. April 3, in the 400 block of E. Palatine Road. He was released and assigned a court date of April 28.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
John G. Johnson, 37, of Merrillville, Indiana, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested at 12:39 p.m. April 3, at the Arlington Heights Police Department. A court date of April 14 was assigned.
THEFT FROM BUILDING
Danielle D. Kelley, 35, of the 100 block of W. Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect, is accused of theft from a building, and was arrested at 8:57 a.m. April 7, in the 100 block of W. Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect. She was released and assigned a court date of May 7.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Agnieszka M. Lelek, 46, of the 10100 block of Wehrman Place, Schiller Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 11:17 p.m. April 3. She was released and assigned a court date of May 15.
- Martin Organista Temich, 31, of the 1000 block of Charlela Lane, Elk Grove Village, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding 26 to 34 mph over the speed limit, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:41 a.m. April 8, at Wheeling and Palatine roads, Wheeling. He was released and assigned a court date of April 28.
IDENTITY THEFT
Thomas M. Parmelee, 22, of the 4500 block of Runsey Avenue, Oak Lawn, is accused of identity theft, theft, and was arrested at 9:27 a.m. April 7, in the 4500 block of Rumsey Avenue, Oak Lawn. He was released and assigned a court date of April 10.
