Angelena M. Antonacci, 34, is accused of having a warrant for violation of a bail bond, and was arrested at 4:05 a.m. Feb. 1, at N. Walnut Avenue and W. Olive Street. Bond was set at $7,500.

- Nakayla A. Bland, 21, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:02 a.m. Jan. 29, at S. Goebbert Road and E. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 24 was assigned.
- Francisco Garza III, 40, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:54 a.m. Jan. 29, at S. Arlington Heights and E. Central roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
- Geranaz E. Fathollahi, 18, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 3:45 p.m Jan. 29, at Bank of America, 400 block of E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $2,5000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
- Liliana Vazquez, 37, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 6 p.m. Feb. 3, at S. Arlington Heights Road and I-90. Bond was set t $2,500 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Alejardro Jimenez-Crespo, 42, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Jan. 29, at Holiday Inn Express, 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
- Silvio Patron Gonzalez, 32, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 7 p.m. Feb. 2, at N. Wilke and W. Dundee roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER
Mitchell A. Nowak, 49, is accused of resisting/obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Jan. 30, at Vail Avenue and Campbell Street. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Feb. 10 was assigned.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Anton S. Pavlakovic, 46, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Feb. 2, at Red Roof Inn, 0-100 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO MOTOR VEHICLE
- A resident in the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road reported at 3:32 p.m. Jan. 24, someone entered their silver Toyota Camry during the overnight hours. Nothing appears missing.
- A person at the Courtyard by Marriott, 100 block of W. Algonquin Road, called police at 9:34 a.m. Jan. 28, to report someone entered the complainant’s rental vehicle at some time during the overnight hours.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
A resident in the 400 block of Parkview Court called police at 5:57 p.m. Jan. 24, to report someone forced entry into the complainant’s residence and stole property.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON
A resident in the 1300 block of S. Princeton Avenue reported at 3:59 p.m. Jan. 25, an unknown person, possibly a solicitor, approached the residence and walked away after observing a security camera. The subject could not be located.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS OR ACCESSORIES
- A resident in the 3400 block of W. Stonegate Boulevard reported at 9:41 p.m. Jan. 26, someone removed the catalytic converter from a silver Mitsubishi SUV sometime during the overnight hours. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown at the time of the report.
- A resident in the 1700 block of Woods Drive called police at 4:54 p.m. Jan. 26, to report someone removed the catalytic converter from a green Honda Accord sometime during the overnight hours. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee at T-Mobile, 700 block of Rand Road, called police at 10:44 a.m. Jan. 26, to report a man stole a cell phone and fled on foot. The cell phone was valued at $900.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
A resident in the 200 block of N. Arlington Heights Road reported at 8:19 a.m. Jan. 27, to report someone damaged the passenger window to a gray Ford Escape sometime during the overnight hours.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A resident in the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road called police at 1:17 p.m. Jan. 27, to report someone entered the basement laundry room, tore down a camera and damaged the storage units during the last 24 hours.
SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A person called police at 2:22 a.m. Jan. 28, to report a man was pulling on car door handles in the parking lot. The subject left prior to police arrival.
HIT-AND-RUN
- A person reported at 2:09 p.m. Jan. 29, an unknown vehicle struck their black Hyundai sedan and fled the area in the 1000 block of Burgoyne Road.
- A customer at Shell Gas, 300 block of E. Central Road, reported at 5:58 a.m. Jan. 31, a gray Toyota sedan struck the complainant’s silver Hyundai Santa Fe before fleeing the area southbound on Pine Avenue.
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
A resident of the 200 block of E. Seegers Road called police at 8:27 p.m. Jan. 30, to report their white Toyota Corolla was entered during the overnight hours and items were taken from the
vehicle.
