Man Nabbed 4 Times For Criminal Trespass To Property: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The accused was arrested and charged in each incident, one occurring at the Metra train station, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. - Tomasz Bielski, 41, of Oakdale Lane, Bensenville, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, endangering the life of a child, DUI alcohol, driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Feb. 2, in the 2500 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 5.
- Walter E. Funes Lopez, 21, of the 400 block of Marion Street, Bensenville, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Feb. 1, in the 1600 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 18.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Russell J. Rogers, 41, homeless, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 7:34 p.m. Jan. 30, in the 100 block of W. Campbell Street.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
Kelvin M. Twine, 28, of the 2100 block of S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to property in four separate incidents, and was arrested and charged on each. The first occurred at 1:27 a.m. Jan. 30, in the 100 block of W. Campbell Street. The second was at the same location at 4:39 a.m. Jan. 31, as was the third at 12:21 a.m. Feb. 3. The fourth incident occurred at 6:03 a.m. Feb. 6, at the Metra station. Twine was released following his arrest and assigned a court date of March 10.
