Man Nabbed For Theft At 2 Mariano's: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Abel Andres Aguilar, 37, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested on Dec. 3 at W. Dundee and N. Wilke roads. Bond was set at $10,000.

RETAIL THEFT

Richard S. Decesare, 34, is accused of two counts of retail theft, criminal trespass to a building, and was arrested Dec. 2. The retail thefts reportedly occurred at two separate Mariano's locations, 33 S. Evergreen and 802 E. Northwest Highway. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 22.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Timothy A. Griffith, 47, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, resisting a peace officer, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Suburban Studios, 2120 S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 4, 2024.
  • Justin Lee Main, 33, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, had an out-of-state warrant for a parole violation, and was arrested Dec. 7 at Denny's, 17 W. Algonquin Road. He was held for a detention hearing on Dec. 8.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Martin K. Tracz, 43, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Cedar Glen and Algonquin. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 22.
