Man Possessing Heroin, Meth Resists Police: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Joseph P. Carnesecchi, 38, of the 200 block of E. Palatine Road, Palatine, is accused of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 11:40 a.m. March 9, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Street. He was released and assigned a court date of March 31.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Georgious Christofalos, 42, of the 800 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. March 12, at Plum Grove Circle and Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of March 17.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Evan B. Dawood, 41, of the 2300 block of S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of possession of a controlled substance (15 or more grams of heroin), possession of a controlled substance (515 grams), resisting a peace officer, violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 7:01 p.m. March 11, in the 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. A court date of March 16.

CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT

Emir Dzholdoshov, 18, of the 3200 block of N. Heritage Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal sexual assault (victim unable to understand/unable to give consent), and was arrested at 9:28 a.m. March 9, in the 3200 block of Heritage Lane, Arlington Heights. A court date of April 10 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Sandra L. Kovach, 66, of the 900 block of E. Golf Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident, and was arrested at 3:53 p.m. March 9, in the 900 block of E. Golf Road. She was released and assigned a court date of April 21.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Nicholas J. Wiley, 25, of the 1000 block of N. Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order of protection (no contact order), and was arrested at 12:12 p.m. March 12, in Waukegan. A court date of March 13 was assigned.
