Man Steals Tips At Dunkin' Drive-Thru: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The man entered the drive-thru and stole money out of the tip jar off the counter before speeding off, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

- Aurora D. Karl, 70, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:02 p.m. March 16, in the 2400 block of S. Goebbert Road. Bond was set at $3,000.
- Antoinette J. Valeanu, 53, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 11:26 a.m. March 15, in the 400 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $72,000.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Felicia R. Partipilo, 56, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:26 a.m. March 14, at Tonne and Algonquin roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of April 17 was assigned.
- Adam J. Thatcher, 40, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 6:31 p.m. March 12, in the 1200 block of W. Hintz Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 24 was assigned.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLES

Jose Pucheta-Ixtepan, 41, is accused of criminal trespass to vehicles, and was arrested at 3:24 a.m. March 11, in the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road. A court date of March 29 was assigned.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
- An employee at Dunkin' Donuts, 105 W. Dundee Road, reported at 8 p.m. March 6, a man entered the drive-thru and stole money out of the tip jar off the counter. The subject was described as driving a white Honda.
- An employee of a business in the 2100 block of S. Goebbert Road called police to report that during the overnight hours, someone stole three property leasing signs from near the front entrance.
- A customer at Walgreens, 3 E. Golf Road, reported at 7 p.m. March 11, someone stole her wallet and subsequently made unauthorized purchases with her credit cards.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, reported at 5:55 p.m. March 10, three unknown people entered the store and stole two pairs of light blue denim Levi's jeans, one blue Tommy Hilfiger shirt and one white Nike shirt valued at approximately $200. The subjects left the area in a black Chevrolet Equinox. The subjects were described as the following:
- Subject 1- Male wearing a red and blue Nike jacket, blue jeans, black shoes with a white sole and a large gold watch.
- Subject 2- Male wearing a black hoodie/jacket with "NAUTICA" across the back written in white, and tan work boots.
- Subject 3- Female wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and had blonde hair.
A citizen reported that during the overnight hours of March 12, someone stole his 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from the parking lot.
