Man Violates Bail Bond Twice: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

BATTERY

• Brooke Alexandria Avila, 26, of the 9500 block of Congress Park Avenue, Brookfield, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 7:48 p.m. April 21, at the Arlington Heights police station. She was released and assigned a court date of May 7.
• Konrad Blocher, 88, of the 1200 block of Luther Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of battery, and was arrested at noon April 18, in the 1200 block of Luther Lane. He was released and assigned a court date of May 14.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Matthew D. Hines, 37 of Scottsdale, Arizona, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:27 a.m. April 25, at S. Arthur Avenue and E. Central Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 10.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Christopher V. Magiet, 37, of the 300 block of S. Wilke Road, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for two counts of violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:14 p.m. April 24, in the 1300 block of S. Wilke Road, Arlington Heights.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE

Jaime C. Solis Tiburcio, 35, of the 600 block of Mesa Drive, Hoffman Estates, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle without registration, and was arrested at 6:50 p.m. April 23, in the 400 block of E. Algonquin Road. He was released and assigned a court date of May 22.
