DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Jose L. Bautista, 31, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence with no driver's license, DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:14 p.m. July 14, in the 1000 block of W. Dundee Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.
• Samantha Marie Walker, 44, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 9:17 p.m. July 18, at S. Arlington Heights Road and E. Orchard Street. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

William Andres Cleves Rojas, 39, is accused of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 6:15 p.m. July 20, in the 4200 block of N. Bloomington Avenue. Bond was set at $15,000 and a court date of Aug. 11 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Evan B. Dawood, 38, is accused of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested at 5:14 p.m. July 14, at Red Roof Inn, 22 W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned.

THEFT

Jose Junior Nunez-Vargas, 22, is accused of theft, and was arrested at 5:39 p.m. July 19, in the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road. A court date of Aug. 28 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

A 23-year-old man is accused of criminal trespass to real property, dumping/littering, and was cited at 6 p.m. July 19, in the 1300 block of E. Davis Street. He was released and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Vincent Sesso, 48, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 12:54 p.m. July 17, at the Arlington Heights Police Department station, 200 E. Sigwalt St. Bond was set at $1,000.
