Multiple Prostitution Arrests Made On Same Day: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Maryel Aguilar Rodriguez, 25, is accused of prostitution and was arrested at 4:33 p.m. March 26, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road. She was released and assigned a court date of May 8.
  • Dailenys Barreto Cordero, 22, of Denver, Colorado, is accused of prostitution and was arrested at 4:33 p.m. March 26, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road. She was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Fernando Garcia Nieto, 37, of the 18000 block of W. Rose Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 8:55 p.m. March 20, in the 0-10 block of W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of April 7.
  • Ruben G. Vidal, 40, of the 300 block of 7th Street, Wheeling, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC of .08 or more, and was arrested at 12:16 a.m. March 22, in the 200 block of W. Hintz Road. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

Rey Juarez, 70, of the 1000 block of S. Evergreen Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 11:18 p.m. March 20, at Eastman and Arlington Heights roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 23.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO A BUILDING

Melissa Mitchell, 52, of the 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to building, and was arrested at 3:03 p.m. March 24, in the 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. She was released and assigned a court date of April 21.

BURGLARY

Eduardo Diaz Oregel, 33, of the 800 block of Bishop Court, Schaumburg, is accused of burglary, criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 7:08 a.m. March 25, in the 1500 block of W. Campbell. He was held for a detention hearing and assigned a court date of April 29.

RETAIL THEFT

Marzena I. Potok, 33, of the 0-10 block of N. Stevenson Lane, Mount Prospect, is accused of retail theft, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested at 11:33 p.m. March 24, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Street. A court date of April 7 was assigned.
