Woman Charged With Battery At Hospital: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The 44-year-old Arlington Heights resident was arrested Thursday at Northwest Community Hospital.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Dilan M. Alexander, 30, of the Bloomington, Indiana, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 6:30 p.m. March 19, at Wing and Arlington roads.

BATTERY

Diane C. Beierle, 44, of the 500 block of E. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of battery, and was arrested at 5:40 p.m. March 19, at Northwest Community Hospital. She was released and assigned a court date of April 21.

SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Luke W. Knauber, 39, of the 100 block of E. White Oak Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of driving on a revoked license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:41 p.m. March 19, in the 100 block of E. White Oak Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of March 24.
  • Kelly Martinez, 48, of the 300 block of E. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 4:53 p.m. March 13, in the 2300 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. She was released and assigned a court date of April 20.
  • Junior J. Nunez-Vargas 25, of of the 1100 block of N. River Road, Des Plaines, is accused of two counts of driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 5:08 p.m. March 18, in the 1000 block of W. Kirchoff Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 23.
  • Abdulkadir Senlik, 26, of the 900 block of Albion Avenue, Schaumburg, is accused of driving on a suspended license, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, and was arrested at 2:08 a.m. March 14, at Dunton and Euclid. He was released and assigned a court date of April 7.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Bernd R. Mayer, 79, of the 600 block of S. Lincoln Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 7:08 p.m. March 18, in the 100 block of N. Vail Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.
  • Enoch E. Shadare, 19, of the 4000 block of Jennifer Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of DUI drugs, DUI alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 11:17 p.m. March 19, in the 3600 block of N. Wilke Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.
