Nurse Battered While On Duty At Hospital: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
A 25-year-old man was charged with three counts of battery, including aggravated, following the Wednesday incident at Northwest Community.

Richard Decesare, 34, is accused of criminal trespass to property on two separate dates, and was arrested Jan 19 and Jan. 22 at Mariano's, 37 S. Evergreen Ave. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 13 for both incidents.
DRIVING ON A REVOKED/SUSPENDED LICENSE

Deneka Gilmore, 36, is accused of driving on a revoked license, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Arlington Heights and Central roads. Gilmore was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 23.
BATTERY
- Jamie M. McInerney, 53, is accused of battery (fighting), and was arrested Jan. 21 in the 4000 block of N. Terramere Avenue. McInerney was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 13.
- Deonta T. Williams, 25, is accused of aggravated battery to a nurse, two counts of battery, and was arrested Jan. 24 at Northwest Community Hospital, 901 W. Kirchoff Road. Williams was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 29.

RETAIL THEFT
Pebbles H. Miller, 34, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Brookhaven Market, 450 E. Golf Road. Miller was released and assigned a court date of March 8.
CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
Jayvon M. Soares, 30, is accused of criminal damage to property, cruelty to animals, and was arrested Jan. 22 by the Mount Prospect Police Department for an incident at Pet Supplies Plus, 67 W. Golf Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 25.
ASSAULT
Michael A. Williams, 43, is accused of assault (fighting), and was arrested Jan. 23 at the downtown train station, 45 W. Northwest Highway. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 13.
