Obituary: Zelma Mae Bickler Of Rolling Meadows

Zelma Mae Bickler was born on June 26, 1926 in Ladysmith, Wisconsin to Ernest and Mary (nee Chase) Rogers. She died Monday, February 25, 2013 in Arlington Heights.

Zelma enjoyed spending time with her family and looked forward to visits with her grandchildren. She was loved by all.

Zelma is survived by her children, Kathryn (Ken) Lesniak, Christine Bickler, Karen Bickler, Mark (Linda) Bickler and Kurt (Julie) Bickler; her grandchildren, Julie Lesniak, Beth (Alexandr) Lesniak-Khizver, Scott Lesniak, and Colin and Claire Bickler, and Audrey and Jacklyn Bickler; and her sister, Brenda (Truman) Yaeger.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Bickler; 6 siblings; and her parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 28 from 4 p.m. until 8 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2013 at the funeral home.  Interment is at Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines.
