Park District Approves Fee Hike at District Facilities

On May 1, the fees will increase, on average, by 2.5 percent, according to the Chicago Tribune.

After increasing park fees between 1 to 2 percent over the past four years, the Arlington Heights Park District Board approved last week a 2.5 percent hike in user fees at several park district facilities, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The fees will take effect May 1 and will include an increase in costs at Nickol Knoll Golf Club, Arlington Heights Golf Club, Forest View Racquet and Tennis Club, Heritage Tennis Club, athletic fields and rental costs at the district's swimming pools, according to the Chicago Tribune.
